Most AI headshot tools were not built with you in mind, and it shows in the first set of pictures they send back. Some take the hijab off entirely. Some put something back that is nearly a hijab and drapes like a towel. The commonest failure is the quiet one: twelve pictures come back and four of them have it and eight do not, so the set is unusable even though a third of it is fine.

Your LinkedIn headshot is the first thing a recruiter or a client sees, and it should look like you on an ordinary working day.

None of that is a small styling miss. It is the tool failing to produce you.

Your hijab is in every picture

Not most of them. Every one.

That sounds like it should be easy and it is the part everyone gets wrong, for a reason worth explaining. These tools are all built to hold your face steady — to keep your bone structure, your eyes, your skin, and your hair exactly as they are, so the picture is recognisably you and not a better-looking stranger. That instruction is doing real work, and it is why a good set looks like you at all.

But a hijab covers the hair. So the tool is holding on to a hairstyle it has been told to protect, while also being asked for a headscarf over the top, and those two things are pulling in opposite directions. Something has to give, and which one gives is more or less a coin toss. That is where the set with four good pictures in it comes from.

We take the hair out of that instruction when you are wearing a hijab, and nowhere else. Everything that makes the picture you — your face, your skin, your expression — is held exactly as tightly as before. The one thing that is no longer being argued over is the hair underneath, which is covered anyway.

It is a small change and it is the whole difference between a set you can use and a set you delete.

You choose the colour

Navy, charcoal, cream, black, plum, maroon, dusty rose, light blue. Pick one or pick several, and the set is spread across the ones you chose, so you are not looking at the same scarf eight times.

It layers on top of everything else rather than replacing it. A cream hijab with a charcoal blazer, a navy one with a plain shirt — the outfit is still yours to choose, and so is the room, the light and how much retouching you want.

If you wear glasses, tick the box for that too. It is worth ticking even if you are wearing them in the photographs you upload: they are one of the first things these tools drop.

How it works

Upload 8 to 20 photographs of yourself. Ordinary phone pictures. They do not need to be good, and they should not all be from the same afternoon — different days, different light, different backgrounds. Selfies are fine.

Choose how you want to look. The hijab, the colours, what you are wearing, where you are photographed, the light. Every choice is a picture you can look at first, so you are not guessing from a word.

Pick the ones you want. You see a spread of previews, you choose your favourites, and those are the ones you download at full size.

What it costs

$25.00 for eight HD headshots. $35.00 for sixteen HD headshots. $49.00 for twenty-four HD headshots.

You pay once, up front, and that is the whole price — it buys the training, the previews you choose from, and the pictures themselves. If you want a few more later, they are $4.00 each.

Your photographs

They are deleted after 30 days, along with everything trained on them. Not archived, not anonymised — deleted, on a schedule, whether or not you ask.

Nobody browses them. They are not training material for anything that outlives your order, and they are not shown to other customers.

Questions

Will it look like me?

That is the only thing this product is really judged on. It learns your face from the photographs you upload, which is why we ask for at least 8, and why variety across them matters more than how good any one of them is.

Will the hijab be draped properly?

It is rendered as a hijab, pinned, covering the hair — not as a scarf thrown over a head. If a set comes back wrong, tell us and we will make it right.

Can I get pictures without it as well?

Not in the same set. What you choose here applies to every picture in that set, which is the point of it. A second set is a separate order.

Do I have to say what I do for a living?

No. If you do, it only changes the room you are photographed in — never what you are wearing.

What if I do not like any of them?

Tell us. Nothing here is worth having if the pictures are not usable.
