AI headshots for realtors and real estate agents
A real estate headshot has to work on a listing site, a yard sign and a business card. What to wear, which background, and how to get one from your phone photos.

An agent's headshot works harder than most. It sits on every listing, on the brokerage site, on business cards, postcards and the sign in the front yard, and it is the first thing a seller sees before deciding whether to call you. It has to say two things at once: this person is approachable, and this person knows the market.

Where you will use it
- Listing sites and your agent profile. Shown small, next to your name and your reviews. The face has to read at thumbnail size.
- Your brokerage's website and team page. Often beside colleagues, so it should sit comfortably next to theirs.
- Business cards, postcards and flyers. Printed, so it needs to be sharp.
- Signs and open-house material. Seen from a distance; a simple background and a clear face matter more than detail.
- Social posts and ads. The same face across everything is what makes you recognisable.
What to wear
Dress one step smarter than you would for a showing. A blazer over a simple top or open-collar shirt reads as professional without looking like a bank. A solid colour photographs better than a busy pattern, especially when the picture is printed small. If your brokerage has brand colours, a jacket or top that sits well with them makes your materials look like a set. What to wear for a headshot goes further.
Which background
Tell us you work in property and your first pictures are taken where your clients picture you: outside a house with a SOLD board, at the front of a home, and in a bright kitchen or living room. You can also choose:
- Outdoors, with greenery softly behind you: warm, local, approachable.
- A bright office with windows: established, for the brokerage page.

One face, everywhere
The mistake that costs agents most is a different photo on every platform: an old one on the listing site, a holiday crop on social media, something else on the card. A client who has seen your picture should recognise you at the door. Make one set, choose a primary picture, and use it everywhere; keep one or two others for social posts.
How it works
Upload 8 to 20 ordinary photos of yourself, choose what you wear, where you are and the light, and we make one headshot of your own face, free, before you pay. If it looks like you, choose a plan and pick the pictures you keep. Each one is a different photograph, not the same one in a different jacket. Questions
Is an AI headshot acceptable for a real estate listing?
Yes, as long as it looks like you. Clients will meet you in person, so likeness matters more than polish; that is why you see one of your own before paying.
Will it be sharp enough for business cards and signs?
Every plan is HD, which is comfortably enough for listing sites, business cards and postcards. For a very large printed sign, ask your printer what size they need before you order it.
Does my brokerage need a specific background?
Some brokerages set rules for team photos. Check yours first; a plain studio grey or office setting fits most guidelines.
Can I get pictures in more than one outfit?
Yes. You choose the clothes you want, and each picture in your set combines them with a different place and light.
See yourself before you pay.
One headshot of your own face, free and without a card. Keep going only if it looks like you.
