The deal, in plain English.

The photos must be of you

Upload photos of yourself and nobody else. Uploading someone else's face without their knowledge is the one thing that closes an account outright, and it is the term we enforce hardest.

The pictures are generated

What you receive is made by a model, not taken by a camera. It should look like a photograph of you and it is not one. Do not use it anywhere that requires a genuine photograph — passports, visas, licences, identity verification or legal documents.

What you get, and what you pay

$5.00 is held when you start and taken only once your pictures exist. If they never arrive, the hold is released and you are charged nothing. Packs are paid for up front and delivered at full resolution without a watermark; if a set fails after payment, you are refunded automatically.

The pictures are yours

You own what you buy and can use it however you like — profile, website, press, print. We claim no rights over your finished pictures and will not use them as examples.

What we cannot promise

Generated images are unpredictable. Some will be good, some will not, and the twelve you see are how you decide before paying for any. We cannot promise a specific look, a specific expression, or that every picture in a set will be usable.

Deletion

Everything is deleted 30 days after upload, automatically. You can delete it sooner at any time. Once deleted it is gone, including for us — so download what you want to keep.

Ending it

Stop whenever you like. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel. We may close an account that uploads other people's photos or tries to break the service for other people.
