Creator Program terms
Version 2026-09-25. These sit alongside our terms of service.
Joining
You apply with your Headshot DP account and we review every application. We may approve, decline or later pause any account. Once approved you get free access to try Headshot DP yourself, a personal link, a discount code and a commission on qualifying sales. You are under no obligation to post anything.
Your audience's discount
People who arrive through your link, or type your code at checkout, get 20% off the regular price of a Headshot DP plan in the US. It replaces any other discount: codes are never combined, including our launch and friends-and-family codes.
Your commission
- 25% of qualifying net product revenue: what the customer actually paid for their plan after the 20% discount, excluding tax, extra previews, single extra pictures and add-ons.
- A sale is yours when your link or code was the last creator link or code they used, within 30 days.
- Each commission is held for 30 days. A refund or chargeback reverses it; one already paid is deducted from a later payout.
- No commission on your own purchases, on free sets, or on orders we judge to be fraudulent or self-referred.
- Approved commission is paid monthly once it reaches $25, in US dollars, by a method we agree with you.
- We may change the rate for future sales with notice; a sale already made keeps the rate it was made at.
How to promote
- Disclose your relationship with Headshot DP wherever you share your link or code, including that you received free access and may earn a commission.
- Only say what is true. No misleading claims about results, prices or discounts, and no fake reviews or testimonials.
- Don't pretend to be Headshot DP, and don't bid on "Headshot DP" or similar terms in paid search unless we have agreed it in writing.
- No spam: no unsolicited messages, and no posting your code on coupon sites.
Ending
Either side can end your participation at any time. We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms or looks fraudulent or abusive; approved commission from sales that followed the rules is still paid.
